I guess it's a cross between Achiever and Griefer. Which leads to me to the the National Pride reason. Offering a way for players to hack without any real risk. I don't know how true that is, but it wouldn't surprise me. Then you hear stories of internet cafes in China trying to out compete eachother by offering hacks for the games played there. You may even see them trying to sell the hack in the chat. You might even see a player in a game cheating with the websites address as their name. Hacks for games are expensive, and the big hack sites regularly produce videos showcasing their latest hacks.
